HOW TO BE INVOLVED
Collate your content now, ready to list when Te Wāhi Toi goes live.
1). Identify where your practice or offering might fit within our website by using the information in the grey column under Who Can List and Website Navigation.
2). Start collating your text, images and videos ready for upload.
3). Do you receive the Three Lakes Cultural Trust monthly newsletter? If not, email Te Wāhi Toi curator Carrie to be added to this database so you don’t miss out on our upcoming website launch updates.
The nitty gritty.
WORD COUNT GUIDE. Applies to all listing types.
- Listing title: < 70 characters
This should include the most obvious phrase people will use to look for you in Google, for example:
- Bloggs & Daughters – Trapeze artists
- Joe Bloggs: Sculptor
- Cello lessons with Joe Bloggs
- Intro paragraph: Between 150 and 170 characters
- Body copy: Roughly 200 words (including intro paragraph)
- Growing connected creative communities
- Making it easy to find all the arts and cultural events in our district
- Expanding audiences for arts and culture in our district
- Encouraging creative exploration by making it simple to find a teacher or a place to learn
- Connecting makers and performers with property and venue owners
