Update, September 2021:
While this website’s name has been changed to Te Wāhi Toi (translation: The Arts Place), it’s ambition of being the online leader for everything arts and culture in our district remains the same!
Te Wāhi Toi will launch in Spring 2021 and include a What’s On Calendar, Creative Directory and Space Finder, plus news articles and personalised recommendations based on users’ specific interests.
……..
This month we are very excited to announce the name of our online platform for arts and culture, and also provide a sneak peek at our logo.
Our platform will be called Te Kete Toi. This Te Reo name translates to the basket of arts and culture.
Te Kete Toi will enable our creative community to connect with each other, the wider community and visitors to our region on everything arts and culture related.
We are tracking for a late August launch and look forward to sharing more information around how you can be involved and benefit from Te Kete Toi over the coming weeks.
Thank you to those practitioners who have expressed interest in being part of our pre-release testing phase. There is room for more, so if you would like to be included, please get in touch. Register Interest >
